Dillon Louis Fellors (32) was arrested in the 200 block of NW 24th on a warrant for Theft less than $2500.00 with 2 or more previous convictions. The arrest is the result of an investigation started on April 8, 2025, when Fellors was identified as the perpetrator of a theft of an antique bicycle from the 1700 block of N. Main. The bicycle was recovered from a residence in the 1300 block of W. Houston and was returned to the owner. Fellors identity was established and confirmed by video obtained from various sources. And a warrant was issued. Fellors was arrested without incident.

Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated persons at Kroger in the 1300 block of Clarksville St. Descriptions were given of the suspects, and information that they were heading to a station in the 1300 block of Clarksville to obtain more alcohol. Officers made contact with Dimitric Deshon Parker (32) and a female in the 1300 block of Clarksville. Officers received information that Parker had been driving the vehicle. Parker, who was inside the store purchasing more alcohol, was contacted and found to be intoxicated. Two small children were located in the back seat of the vehicle Parker was operating. Parker failed a field test for intoxication and was arrested for DWI with a Child under 15 in the vehicle, a felony. He was booked without incident.
Officers made 11 traffic stops, 7 adult arrest, and answered 104 calls for service for this reporting period.
