Officers arrested Johnny Lee Hamilton (34) at the Lamar County Probation Office. The arrest was based on a Motion to Revoke Probation for DWI 3rd or more. Hamilton was taken into custody without incident.

An officer stopped a vehicle in the Walmart parking lot for a traffic violation. The driver, Brian Ray Ottmo (41) was contacted and denied having any license to drive the vehicle. He also denied having liability insurance on the vehicle. He was advised that the vehicle would be towed at which time he admitted to possibly having Marijuana in the vehicle. Ottmo was detained and it was found that he had numerous municipal traffic warrants totaling over 1600.00. He was placed under arrest for the warrants. A subsequent search/inventory of the vehicle located marijuana, numerous types of drug paraphernalia, Prescription medications not prescribed to Ottmo, a small amount of cash, and ammunition. Ottmo was charged with municipal warrants, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana. He was processed and placed in jail.

Officers made 14 traffic stops, 5 adult arrest, and answered 86 calls for service for this reporting period.
