Officers of the Auto Theft Task Force recovered a 2004 Chevrolet Pickup in the 200 block of Martin Luther King Drive. The vehicle had been reported as stolen in Oklahoma in April of 2023. It was discovered that a wrecker company that had towed the vehicle had later sold the vehicle to the current owner without a title. Due to complications with the case, the vehicle will be stored at the Paris Police Department until ownership can be established by Task Force Personnel and associated law enforcement agencies.

Officers made 29 traffic stops, and 5 adult arrests, and answered 120 calls for service for this reporting period.
