McAlister’s Deli® Opening in Paris, TX May 2025

A restaurant franchisee in the fast-casual space will open its newest McAlister’s Deli® in Paris in May 2025. Known for its genuine hospitality, McAlister’s is home to handcrafted sandwiches, always-fresh salads, giant stuffed spuds, and its Famous Sweet Tea™.

McAlister’s Deli, the fast-casual restaurant known for its signature hospitality, Famous Sweet Tea, handcrafted sandwiches, and hearty spuds, is officially coming to Paris, TX. The new restaurant will be located at 3598 Lamar Avenue in Paris Town Center and will mark the first McAlister’s Deli in Paris operated by The Saxton Group, a Dallas-based franchisee with a growing presence across Texas and beyond.

This 2,500-square-foot restaurant will accommodate up to 60 guests and will offer dine-in, delivery, catering, and window-side pickup for added convenience. The Deli will be open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The Saxton Group plans to hire 60 employees at the Paris restaurant, offering a variety of full-time and part-time opportunities to join a dynamic and guest-focused team, with an anticipated opening date in mid-May 2025.
