Shirley Diane Fulton Johnson || Obituary

Shirley Diane Fulton Johnson was born February 8, 1959, in Hughes, Arkansas to William Fulton and Mary Ruth Blackwell Fulton. Shirley was welcomed into the open arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 2, 2025.

She was one of seven children. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and five of her siblings, Billy, Larry, Danny, Rose, and Carl.

She is survived by her husband and sweetheart, Billy Johnson of Paris, Texas, Sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Phillip White, Sr of Wylie, Texas, Sister-in-law, Linda Fulton of Santa Fe, Texas, as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews that she cherished.

She was the babysitter for some of her nieces & nephews when they were little and adored them and they felt the same about her.

She was a housewife most of her life but attended Charis Bible College and was ordained as a minister. Afterward, she performed administrative office duties at the campus she had attended.

She held small Prayer meetings at home until she became physically & emotionally disabled. She continued to be a prayer warrior until the end, which she would be quick to tell you it is really only the beginning of eternity.

We will never forget you, Shirl Girl. See you in Heaven.

Buried at Nevada Cemetery, Nevada, Texas on March 13, 2025
