At 23:36 Officers stopped a bicyclist on the Trail de Paris near the 800 block of NW 7th due to the fact that the Trail was officially closed thirty minutes after sundown. The rider, Alexander Smith Lynch (31), of Paris, admitted to having drug paraphernalia in his possession. He produced a small pipe from a bag on his bicycle. Officers frisked Lynch for weapons and located a baggie of narcotics in his pants pocket. A warrant check revealed that Lynch had numerous outstanding warrants for misdemeanor traffic offenses and Failure to Appear on the same. Lynch was placed under arrest on all charges and booked without incident.

Officers made 13 traffic stops, 4 adult arrests, and answered 130 calls for service for this reporting period.
