Billy June “B. J.” Stiff Jr., 68, of Paris, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at Mullican Care Center in Savoy, TX.

Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 1st at the Pavilion of Union Cemetery at Taylortown with Rev. D. J. Harris officiating.

B. J., the son of Billy June Stiff, Sr. and Veleria Corine Skeen Stiff, was born October 3, 1956, in Dallas, TX.

He attended school in Dallas. He owned and operated B. J.’s Metal Roofing. B. J. had been active in several area churches, taught Sunday school and loved children. It was a blessing to him to be of help to the elderly and lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Linda Stiff, and a sister, Nancy Sublett.

Survivors include a son, Justin Stiff, a daughter, Candace Holland & husband Jeremy, a granddaughter, Azra Wellbaum, a sister, Lisa Short, his former wife & friend, Marty Wellbaum, and his friend & caregiver, Dianne Dodson along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
