Service Pins Presented at Liberty National Bank

Service pins were presented at Liberty National Bank’s annual Christmas party. The awards were presented by Liberty National Bank President, Bill Coleman. The bank would like to congratulate these individuals on their outstanding years of service and dedication. Eight service pins totaling 130 years of service were awarded.

A five-year pin was awarded to Levi Graham. Graham joined the bank in June 2019 after graduating from Southern Arkansas University with a BBA. He was hired as a credit analyst. In January 2022, he was elected Assistant Cashier and later moved to the Collegiate Branch to serve as a loan officer.

Callie Haynie was presented with a 10-year service pin. Haynie was hired in February 2014 as a part-time teller at the Collegiate Branch. She later moved to the West Paris Branch as a full-time teller in September 2014. In 2016, she transferred to the main bank as a bookkeeping clerk. She later accepted a loan secretary position in April 2018.

Another 10-year was awarded to Rita Threadgill. Threadgill was hired in June 2014 as a full-time teller at the Collegiate Branch. When she joined Liberty, she brought 10 years of prior banking experience with her. In December 2016, she was promoted to vault teller at the branch. In November 2017, she accepted a position as a new account representative at the main bank.

Katrina DiGiovanni was presented a 10-year service pin. DiGiovanni was hired as a full-time teller at the Collegiate Branch in May 2014. In June 2017, she was promoted to vault teller/new account representative. DiGiovanni transferred to the main bank in 2024 to serve as a new account representative.

Margaret “Margo” Williams was also awarded a 10-year service pin. Williams was hired in 2012 as a teller at the main bank. In 2018 she retired from the bank. Later in 2020 she rejoined the bank as a full-time receptionist where she’s responsible for directing calls, assisting customers with their safe deposit boxes and greeting customers.

A 20-year pin was awarded to Brittany Renfro. Renfro joined Liberty in April 2004 as a teller at the Collegiate Branch. She was later promoted to shift manager in 2008. In 2013, Renfro transferred to the bookkeeping department as a bookkeeping clerk. In 2024, she joined the banks operations department.

Tara Daniel was also presented with a 20-year pin. Swindle was hired as a VOE student in 1991. Throughout the years Swindle has worked in the bookkeeping department, the proof department and the loan department. After a brief hiatus she was hired back as a part time teller and later accepted a full-time teller position at the Collegiate branch. In January 2016, she was promoted to loan secretary at the branch.

A 45-year pin was given to Cindy Ringwald. Ringwald was hired in 1979 as a temporary loan clerk. She soon became a full-time employee serving as a note teller and loan secretary. Ringwald was later promoted as an administrative assistant. In 2005, she was elected Assistant Cashier and in 2016 she was promoted to Assistant Vice President.
