Burglary of a firearm at a residence in Paris, TX

Paris Police Department Press Release.

Saturday, Dec. 14 at 9:39am; a victim in the 2400 block of Ballard Drive reported a Burglary at her residence. No force entry was located. A $300 dollar, black in color Taurus G3L 9mm handgun with a loaded magazine and black holster were missing from a nightstand. The victim stated that her residence is armed with aggressive dogs, inside and outside and she believes the suspect had to be someone familiar with her residence and acquainted with her dogs. The officer photographed the area and dusted for latent fingerprints. The handgun was entered into NCIC/TCIC as stolen.
