Paris is abuzz with anticipation for the arrival of Cielos, a premier upscale restaurant and bar located at 2845 NE Loop 286, Paris, TX, set to open its doors in early January. Cielos promises a sophisticated dining experience, featuring modern American cuisine crafted with locally sourced ingredients, an extensive wine list, and handcrafted cocktails. Leading the culinary team is Chef Michael Perry, a graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas. Chef Perry brings over 20 years of experience and passion to Cielos, with a focus on creating innovative dishes that showcase the best regional ingredients.
At the helm of front-of-house operations is Karen Ballard, a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of creating exceptional guest experiences.
A Venue for Every Occasion
Cielos boasts two distinct levels:
· Ground Floor Dining: This level offers a refined dining experience in a stylish and inviting setting.
· The Reserve (Upper Level): This exclusive space is dedicated to private events, accommodating up to 150 guests. The Reserve features a dedicated bar, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, and a private room for smaller gatherings of up to 40 people. The Reserve will also host live music events, showcasing a variety of talented performers.
