The City of Paris invites the public to a Trunk or Treat from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Sports Complex Pavilion, 2005 S. Collegiate Drive. City staff members, offering candy and games, will welcome the kids and costumed ghouls, goblins, superheroes, and characters to their decorated booths. The Public Works Department organizes the family-friendly annual event, including city vehicles and heavy equipment displays from several city departments. “This is a fun and safe tradition for the community each October.” Public Works Director Michael Smith said. “We all enjoy visiting with kids and adults, seeing the great costumes, and passing out lots of candy.”
