Burglary of a Business || October 23, 2024

Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 7:51 am; a Burglary of a Business was reported in the 1100 block of North Main Street. The owner stated someone had broken into his shop. Responding Paris Officer observed that entry had been made through a gate; by prying it open from the bottom. Welding leads and a Bauer 4-inch grinder were missing. The officer followed drag marks, leading to a back gate and located
the welding leads and a trash can full of copper scraps. The Burglary will be further investigated.
