Becky Wilson Rogers || Obituary

Becky Wilson Rogers, age 72, with her loving husband at her side, entered through Heaven’s Gate this past Thursday, Sept 19, 2024.

She was to be age 73 on Sunday the 22nd.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Evergreen Cemetery’s Open Air Chapel with Rev. Jim Semple presiding. Fry Gibbs Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

She was born Rebecca Allene Wilson on September 22, 1951 in Louisiana, the daughter of Mark and Martha Sue Osburn Wilson. She was known as Becky. She went to schools in Paris, Texas and Wichita Falls, Texas. In her childhood, she put her faith and trust in the Lord and was baptized. Out of high school, she worked for the Texas Highways Dept in Wichita Falls, then later with her parents in the drapery business. On December 4, 1981, she married Herbert Ronald (Ronnie) Rogers in Dallas, Texas. They lived in Wichita Falls for several years before moving to Hot Springs Village, AR.

Becky was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Elain “Sudie” Wilson and her parents.

Those remaining to cherish her memory are her husband, Ronnie; his daughter, Jennifer Malone and husband, Michael and their sons, Collin and Bailey; Ronnie’s son, John Rogers and wife, Sarah and their son, Alex; sister-in-law, Kathy and husband, Michael Coon; cousins Becky Eubank Semple and Vicki Parish Alexander and their families; as well as all those who knew her.
