Ryan Edward Bozarth || Obituary
Ryan Edward Bozarth of Paris, Texas went home to be with his Lord and Savior on September 13, 2024, at the age of 38.
He is survived by his son, Peyton Christopher Cornejo; his parents, Eddie & Wendy Bozarth; his 2 brothers, Matthew Bozarth & wife, Ashley and David Bozarth & wife, Carlee; an uncle, Robert J. Rusak & an aunt, Lynne Kamerman; grandparents, Launita “Dottie” McCaskill, Eric J. Rusak & wife, Linda, Marie Medsker; and several cousins, nieces, & nephews.
Ryan was born in Paris, Texas. He attended North Lamar ISD and graduated in 2004 with honors and several scholarships. After excelling in academics, Ryan was one of only two seniors to be named as a commended student in the 2004 National Merit Scholarship Program. In addition, he was awarded the prestigious Bright Futures college scholarship awarded by the Kimberly-Clark Corporation for demonstrating academic excellence and strong leadership abilities.
Ryan had a very big heart and had a giving nature. He would often reach out to help anyone who he thought needed assistance, even if that meant doing without himself. While in high school, Ryan would quickly sit by someone who needed a friend in the cafeteria. He was known for showing love to any and all people, from all walks of life.
Ryan attended the University of Oklahoma and Texas Tech Universities. Due to his numerous abilities, Ryan held a wide variety of job positions which ranged from tutoring students in math at Paris Junior College to carpentry.
Ryan had a love for music and was very talented on the guitar and especially enjoyed playing the bass guitar. He also played piano.
Ryan enjoyed spending time with his son, Peyton, and shared many common interests with him. They enjoyed time together vacationing, going to the park, and playing games at the arcade.
Friends & family are invited to visitation on Wednesday, September 18th, from 5:30-7:30 at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home. In addition, all are welcome to attend a Celebration of his Life with services to be held at Christ Community Church in Paris, Texas on Friday, September 20th at 6:30 p.m.
