Brenda Jewel Allen “Tootsie” || Obituary

Brenda Jewel Allen “Tootsie”, 44 of Paris, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

A graveside service has been set for Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ray Evers officiating.  The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

She was born on December 21, 1979, in Paris, Texas to Charles Lee and Velma Jewel Allen.  She enjoyed spending valuable time with her family and helping out family and friends any time there was a need.  Brenda was a bright spirit that always lit up a room when she walked in.

She is survived by her siblings, Debbie Moree and husband David, Donna Gilbert, Charlene Green, Nelda Gilbert and husband Robert, Tim Allen and wife Marie, Sammy Allen and companion Melissa Willingham, Lisa Waggoner, Stanley Allen and wife Teresa; 23 nieces and nephews; and many friends; brother-in-law, Billy Perry; special friend, Joe Moore and his grandchildren.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Alena Gail Allen Perry; brothers-in-law, Jack Gilbert, Benny Waggoner.
