Elizabeth Ann Taylor Henderson || Obituary

Elizabeth Ann Taylor Henderson, 83 years of age, resident of Paris Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. She was born September 5, 1940, to parents Fergus Wasson Taylor and Verna Dell Lamb.

Ann was preceded in death by both of her parents as well as siblings Charles Taylor, Leroy Taylor, Bill Taylor, and Dorothy Gibson.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Roy Henderson and children David Henderson (Terry), Kathryn Daniel (Bryan) and grandchildren Garrett Henderson (Crystal), Jonathan Daniel (Karen), Taylor Cozart (Gabe), Bryce Daniel (Mattie), and Cody Daniel. She was also very proud of her nine great grandchildren.

She was an active member of East Paris Baptist Church; her faith was very important to her, and she lived her life in love and service of the Lord.

A memorial service, officiated by Dr. Danny Moody, will be held at Bright-Holland Funeral Home, 2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460 at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29th. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

In remembrance of Ann’s life and love, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
