Richard John “Ricky” Myers || Obituary

Richard John “Ricky” Myers, 58, of Reno, passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2024, at his home.

The family will schedule a memorial service at a later date. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.

Ricky, the son of Richard Henry Myers and Mary Lynn Myers, was born Oct. 28, 1965, in Denver, CO.

He attended Prairiland High School. His career as a truck driver spanned a number of years. Ricky also enjoyed helping others as a handy man.

His father preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Lynn Myers, two sisters, Debbie Jackson and Lori Perez (Cecil), a brother, Giovanni Scarano, his longtime companion, Dina Broadway, children, Justin Myers, Taylor Gosnell, Anthony Myers, and Jessica Carrol, four grandchildren, Ethan Myers, Annie Myers, Allison Cooper, and Audrey Cooper, and an aunt, Phyllis Berry, along with several nieces & nephews and a host of friends.
