Jerry Raymond Hudgens || Obituary

Jerry Raymond Hudgens, 84 of Paris, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024.

A private burial will be held at Allen’s Point Cemetery under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

He was born in Paris, Texas on April 18, 1940, to Raymond Earl and Grace Truman Ryburn Hudgens. He married Mary Leona Yandell on June 7, 1959.  He worked as a Rancher. Jerry was a long standing member of the Allen’s Point Church and in recent years attended the Cowboy Church in the Camp.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mary; children, Terri Renea Hudgens Hobbs and husband Grady, Sherri Lenea Hudgens Green and husband Rodney; grandchildren, Dustin Raymond Green, Luke Thomas Green and wife Darby, Lawson Ray Hobbs.  He was preceded in death by his parents; first grandchild, Lacie Grace Green.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital or the Paris Gun Club.
