Local man arrested on a warrant for Indecent Exposure

On June 5, 2024, 86-year-old Paul David Payne was arrested on a warrant by the Paris Police Department for Indecent Exposure.
Paris PD officers were responding to the scene of a minor accident involving Payne. He was identified through vehicle information and the warrant was obtained for his arrest.
“The warrant was the result of a complaint from April 2023 in which Payne was identified as the suspect accused of allegedly exposing himself intentionally to two North Lamar students having lunch at Lake Crook Park,” Terry Bull, Services Supervisor, Paris PD.
He was processed without incident.
