Mrs. Leonia Hunt || Obituary

Mrs. Leonia Hunt, 91, of Paris, passed away on May 7, 2024 in Paris. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Restland Cemetery in Roxton with Rev. Ray Evers officiating.

Mrs. Hunt was born on Oct. 20, 1932, in Pecan Gap the daughter of Roy and Jewell Fields Oden. She grew up in Roxton and was a graduate of Roxton High School, a Baptist and retired from Texas Instruments.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Odell Oden, Frances McDowell, Clifton Oden, Dorothy Stegall, Jerry Oden, and Evelyn Williams.

Mrs. Hunt is survived by a daughter, Gena Tribbey and husband, Gary; grandchildren, Chris Barber, Carmen Melton and husband, Phillip and Gaylon Tribbey and wife, Joy; great-grandchildren, Aaron Davenport and wife Jorden, Jason Atwood and Creade Tribbey; great-great-grandson Micah Atwood and many nieces and nephews.
