Rebecca Carter White || Obituary

Rebecca Carter White passed away in the morning hours of Tuesday, April 16th,2024, in Tomball, Texas at the age of 88 years old.

As her family and friends knew her, Becky was born on September 10th, 1935 at her grandfather Buchanan’s farm in Blossom, Texas to Joseph and Rosella Carter.  She attended Blossom schools, Paris Junior College and Paris Business College.

In 1954 she met and married Eddie Thomas White.  They were married for 62 wonderful years.  Ed died in 2018 and Becky moved to Magnolia, Texas to live with her son, David and his wife, Shirley White.

She leaves behind David & Shirley White, her sister, Sue Scudder of Texarkana, TX and brother, Robert “Bob” Carter and wife, Janice of Tyler, TX.  She leaves behind grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She is to be buried at Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom, Texas where four generations of her family are buried and she will have a graveside service for family and friends.  The service will be held on Saturday, May 18th at 11 a.m.
