Travis Wade Wilson || Obituary

Travis Wade Wilson, formerly of Blossom passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family.

Graveside service will be held on April 13, 2024, at Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

Bubba was born to Travis and Dorothy Wilson on Sept. 24, 1950.  Bubba worked hard, played hard, loved big trucks, fast cars riding back roads on his side by side listening to music and most of all spending time with his family and friends.

Bubba was preceded in death by his parents, Travis and Dorothy Wilson; sister, Emily Townsend; sister, Sue Bradford and husband Danny Bradford; sister, Patsy Haley and husband Bill Haley; nephew, Michael Wade Haley; and great-nephew, Michael Sean Boyd.

Bubba is survived by his daughter, Kristie Siaca and husband Sammy of Lawton, OK;  son, Chadwick Wade Wilson of Sumner, TX;  grandchildren, Bridget Duvall, Scott Holt and Zachary Siaca of Lawton. OK; grandson, Corbin Wilson of Sumner, TX; grandson, Brayden McCormack of Sumner, TX; daughter by choice, Lauren Crawford Wilson; great-grandchildren, Parker Dean, Sophia Elise and Connor James of Paris, TX; niece, Sherry Vitro of Dallas; nephew, Brad Townsend of Dallas; niece, Kim Pruitt of Arkansas; nephews, Steve Haley, Jeff Haley and Greg Haley all of Paris; niece, Sharon Brady of Sumner; niece, Dana Adkins of Blossom; nephew, Danny Bradford of Glen Rose, TX; brother-in-law, Robert Townsend of Dallas; and numerous great, and great-great nieces and nephews; and several lifelong friends.

Bubba was the favorite uncle to all his nieces and nephews, and the best Papa Bubba to all his grands.  He will be greatly missed, by all his family and friends.

Dwayne Hamil of The Cowboy Church of Reno will give the eulogy.

The family would like to thank Elara Caring Hospice and their staff for the exceptional care given to Bubba.
