Lancelot “Lance” Greineder

June 30, 1997 – February 13, 2024

Lance was born Lancelot Lawrence Greineder on June 30, 1997, in Wrightsville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Just before high school, the big move was made to Honey Grove, Texas where Lance attended Honey Grove High School. He graduated from Honey Grove High School in 2016 where he then began attending Paris Junior College to study Welding.

Lance pursued a career in Trailer welding which he accomplished until his untimely departure. His welds are traveling the country on Trailers he helped craft, his specialty being dump doors.

In 2019, Lance welcomed a baby boy. While still expecting, Lance began referring to the little boy as Colton. The name stuck and Colton Lance Greineder was welcomed to his little family in July of 2019. Colton was Lance’s pride and joy and he always referred to him as “my boy.”

He looked forward to showing his boy all of the things he loved, dreaming of his little fishing and hunting buddy. They loved going on rides on the lawn mower, working in the garden, and starting the burn barrel together. Lance’s favorite place to take his boy was Bass Pro Shops to look at all the “fishies.”

Lancelot Greineder passed away on Feb. 13, 2024, at the age of 26. He is survived by his son, Colton.
