North Lamar Automotive Team competes at Texas Motor Speedway

This past weekend at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth Texas, the NL auto team had a great performance at a two-day event. The first day was a contest for each student competing in several challenging workstations. Day two was a team event diagnosing a vehicle with multiple problems, the team repaired and documented all repairs.
Alex Russell was awarded the overall top score out of approximately 140 students who competed this weekend.
Their team finished sixth in the state out of 40 teams.
The North Lamar team was trained by Aron Clay, certified ASE Master / Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician. We could not have succeeded to this level without the support from Toyota of Paris service manager Robert Boyden, and our sponsor Sonic Automotive and the entire Toyota of Paris team.
