Dakota Ryan Cole, 17, of Reno, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023.
Bright-Holland Funeral Home has scheduled services for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28th at Canaanland Church of God with Rev. Daniel Hines officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery.
Dakota, the son of David Allen Cole & Candi Marie Naylor Cole, was born Aug. 1, 2006, in Paris.
He attended Prairiland and North Lamar schools before graduating from the K-12 Program. He was a manager at Wash Masters. Dakota loved his family and friends, and his truck was a special part of his life.
Survivors include his parents, David & Candi Cole, siblings, Kedryn Browner & fiancé Lauren Davidson, Autumn Cole, Noah Cole, and Bryson Cole, grandparents, Mary & Richard Naylor and Sandy Archer, and several aunts & uncles along with many friends including his special friend, Megan Morrison.
Casket bearers will be Corben Crump, Cason Crump, Kreidyn Farris, Austin Kelly, Jayden Mercado Pina, and Isaiah Detroy. Chris Naylor will serve as an honorary bearer.
