North Lamar High School Welcomes 77 New Members at Beta Club Induction Ceremony
North Lamar High School celebrated a significant milestone on November 5 with the induction of 77 new members into the prestigious Beta Club. The induction ceremony, marked by a sense of achievement and camaraderie, was a testament to the academic excellence and commitment to leadership exhibited by the students.
The ceremony, called to order by Beta Club President Emma Wilkins, began with a heartfelt pledge led by Brody Stout. The newly inducted members were welcomed into the Beta Club community, where they joined a tradition of scholastic achievement and community service. Other officers who helped in the ceremony included: Vice President: Avery Scott, Secretary: Berkeley Smith, and Treasurer: Malaki Tillery.
The Beta Club is grateful for the guidance and support of its dedicated sponsors, Whitney Blount and Megan Groomes, who work tirelessly to ensure the club’s success.
