Barbara Ann Spencer || Obitary

Barbara Ann Spencer, 77 of Sumner, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2023.

A graveside service has been set for Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Rev. Mark Sanders officiating.  The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 – 7 p.m. at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.

Barbara was born in Roxton, Texas on Dec. 11, 1945, to Cullie and Cleo Rhoades Jackson.  She worked as a Respiratory Therapist.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Spencer; son, Darrin Ladd and wife Amy Marie; granddaughter, Hanna McGowin; great-granddaughter, Gracie Lynn McGowin; and numerous other extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
