Crystal Leigh Haley || Obituary

Crystal Leigh Haley, 43 of Paris, passed away Thursday, Oct. 12, 2023.

Funeral services have been set for Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Tiny Freelen officiating. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Crystal was born on Jan. 4, 1980, in Taft to James “Jim” and Mary Driggars Haley. She loved gardening and crafts. She was very talented at woodworking, where she would do wood inscriptions, often painting with great detail using a toothpick. Crystal loved animals, especially her dog and cats.  She was known to be a great cook and loved to cook for her family, whom she loved very much.

She is survived by her husband. Kitt Gentzel; children, Austin Neal and wife Kinzy, Dalton Howard, Steven Howard, Cameron Howard; grandchildren, Aiyana Neal, Morgyan Neal; parents, Jim and Mary Haley; brothers, Robert Haley, DeWayne Middleton and wife Michelle, Adam Middleton, James W. Kurth, Jr. and wife Kathy; sisters, Shawnee Bartlett and husband Bryce, Hydi Middleton; numerous nieces and nephews, mother-in-law, Marcia Gentzel.
