Red River County Sheriff’s Office addressed concerns regarding several local convenience stores

The Red River County Sheriff’s Office has recently addressed concerns regarding certain convenience stores in Clarksville.
Inspections revealed that these stores were selling Delta THC and hemp products without the necessary licenses for hemp retail sales.
Store managers were promptly advised to remove these products from their shelves until proper licenses are obtained, and all cooperated. Importantly, during these inspections, no instances of marijuana distribution were found on any premises.
