Paris Police arrest second man in connection with shooting at Spanish Oaks Apartments

The Paris Police Department made a second arrest in connection with a shooting that occurred in December of 2022 at the Spanish Oaks Apartments.
Jose Alejandro Aguilar was charged with three counts of deadly conduct by discharging a firearm, child endangerment and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Aguilar was part of a drug deal altercation with Marcus Tyrone Hooker, Jr. who was previously arrested.
Bond for Aguilar is set at $200,000.
