Vickie Chennault Covington of Paris || Obituary

Vickie Chennault Covington gained her wings, on May 4, 2023, at her residence in Paris.

Visitation will be Monday, May 8, 6 – 8 p.m. at Fry Gibbs Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, 10 a.m. at Fry Gibbs with Pastor Gary Landers officiating. Burial will follow at the Knights of Honor Cemetery in Blossom.

Vickie was born July 11, 1965, in Paris. She was the daughter of Robert Henry and Lemmie Mae Chennault. She married Mike Covington on Feb. 19, 2002. She was employed by Kimberly Clark Corp for more than 20 years before her retirement.

Vickie is preceded in death by her daughter, Suzanna Landers; father, Robert Chennault and her brother, Ricky Chennault.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Covington; mother, Lemmie Mae Chennault; granddaughters, Taliyah and Baileigh Edwards; and nephews, Philip Chennault and Christopher Green.

Pallbearers are Troy Covington, Matt Covington, Rusty Vandiver, Chris Wear, Glenn McCarthy and Brent Harville.
