Local man charged with 83 counts of Child Pornography with intent to distribute

On April 25, 2023, at approximately 3.47 p.m. during a joint investigation with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Paris Police Officers arrested Brandon Michael Stephenson in the 400 block of Grand Avenue.
Stephenson was allegedly found to be in current possession of 43 images of Child Pornography on his personal electronic device.
