Carolyn Marie (Reigert) Rhodes of Paris || Obituary

Carolyn Marie (Reigert) Rhodes, 60, of Paris passed away on April 4, 2023. Born July 10, 1962, to Jake and Evelyn Reigert.

Carol was born in Fairbanks, Alaska while she grew up as an Army Brat. Able to experience living in many different places and gaining lovely friends along the way. Carol graduated from Rivercrest High School, where she was active in the Color Guard, spinning batons.

She married her love, Jerry Rhodes of Paris, on January 7, 1989. They enjoyed going out and spending time with friends, reminiscing about fun times.

Carol loved NASCAR where she had enjoyed many trips with her husband and her children to races and was a lifelong fan of “Days of Our Lives” and George Strait.

Predeceased by her parents, Jake and Evelyn Reigert and Brother Robert M Reigert.

Survived by her husband, Jerry Rhodes. Daughter-Brandee (Chris )Casey, of Paris, Son-James Rhodes of Paris, Grandchildren Tristan and Hailee Casey, Brother-Kenneth (Flora) Reigert of Kosse, nephews, Kenny (Pam) and David Reigert.

There aren’t enough words to describe the impact Carol had on her family and friends, nor enough space to explain how she will be missed.

Psalms 34:18 “The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart, and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.”

Memorial Service – The date & time are to be determined. Pastor. Wade White, will be the officiant.
