Judge Bell declares Lamar County state of disaster after icy weather

Lamar County Judge Brand Bell has declared the county in a state of disaster after the recent ice storms.
The resolution states that all public resources for Lamar County and the cities of the county will have access to all available resources for its citizens to cope with the disaster.
