Jimmy Dan Warren || Obituary

Jimmy Dan Warren 87 passed from this life on Jan. 16, 2023, in Paris with his family by his side as he took his last breath. He was born on Aug. 3, 1935, in Cisco to Jay Arthur Warren and Suzanna (Mosley) Warren. Jim was the youngest of 9 children. On Oct. 26, 1957, he married the love of his life Edna Mae (Martin) Warren and together they had one daughter Cynthia (Warren) Martin.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, parents and siblings. Leaving behind his Daughter Cyndy, Four Grandchildren, Cylynda Anderson, Cambra Lee and husband Johnnie, David Corley Osborne and wife Brenda, and Cally Norris and husband Chris. Seventeen great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Also three sister-in-laws and spouses, many nieces, nephews and friends. All of whom he was very proud of.

Jim was a Veteran of the United States Army and a Salesman by trade. Also owning several businesses in his working career. A long-time resident of North Richland Hills, Texas. He was better known as Papa to most who knew him and he never met a stranger. He absolutely loved to travel, spend time with his family and dog Freckles and take you out to eat.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2023, at Crossmark Church 5408 Davis Blvd North Richland Hills, Texas 76180. Lunch will be served immediately following for all to attend and visit. Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park 5725 Colleyville Blvd Colleyville 76034 next to his wife in the Garden of Tranquility.

Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
