Sulphur Springs ISD evacuates elementary school after bomb threat

Sulphur Springs Independent School District evacuated elementary school students after the campus received a bomb threat this morning.

According to SSISD staff, all students were moved to League Street Church of Christ, where parents picked up their children. The students will not return to the building today.

All students are safe and the building continues to be checked by law enforcement as the incident is being investigated.
