North Lamar is so pleased to dedicate their gym in honor of North Lamar’s teacher, coach, and  current school board president, Sheila Daughtrey. She was an incredible coach and is a  beloved member of our community. They are honored that her legacy will live on in their gym. They will work to continue her legacy by being a place that encourages physical  activity and competitive spirit in our students. They will also strive to be a place that lives  up to the level of kindness, friendship, and support that Sheila embodies. They thank Sheila  for her dedication and contributions to their school and community and they are honored to dedicate the gym in her memory. Please join them on January 27, 2023, for a reception  honoring her, followed by the gym dedication during halftime of the Paris vs. North  Lamar game.
