Hilda (Catherine) Porter Day || Obituary

Born in Corpus Christi Texas on Tuesday, January the 13th of 1953 to Howard Duke Porter Sr. and Ollie Roberta (Dunbar) Porter. She spent her working years in the Ironworking industry until she retired.

Survived by her sister Patricia Emmons of Arp, children Jason Faulk of Roxton, Tiffani Woods and husband Juan Gutierrez of Killeen, Justin Day and wife April of Roxton, 12 grandchildren Estelle’Ann Faulk, Jeremy Faulk Jr, James Day, Brandy Faulk, Michael Gutierrez, Dakotta Faulk, Jewelyn Day, Trevor Gutierrez, K’Leb (Vinny) Gutierrez, John-Paul (JP) Day, Avalyn Day and Jayden Day as well as several nieces and nephews.

Proceeded in death by both of her parents, husband John Day, son Jeremy Faulk Sr., brother Howard Porter Jr, sister Brenda Barton and great-grandson Grayson Rosson.

The family will schedule memorial services at a later date. Cremation was under the care and direction of Bright-Holland Funeral Home.
