Rodney Dale Taylor passed into eternal life on Wednesday, December 7, 2022.

Services will be at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022, at Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home in Paris, Texas. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service time.

Rodney was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, that served in Vietnam, where he was awarded several Medals of Honor for deeds of valor & heroic conduct. Rodney loved God, the outdoors, & spending time with his friends & family. Semper Fidelis – Always Faithful.

His spirit is carried on by his 4 children, Sabrina, Bradley, Rochelle, and Telicia; grandchildren; Andrew, Jordan, Brett, Christopher, Madelyne, Haley, Dalton, and Sebastian; and great-grandchildren, Erica, Sophie, Carson, and James; also survived by his sister, Linda; brothers, Larry and Tommy, nieces, Jennifer, Leah, April; and nephew, Colby.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Taylor Jr. and Mary Virginia (Smith) Taylor.
