Be safe on the roads tomorrow as rainy weather is expected in Northeast Texas through the Thanksgiving holiday. Severe weather is not expected.
A slow-moving weather system will bring precipitation into the area and rainy conditions are expected through tomorrow. This weather follows some light showers and temperatures in the 50s today.
The rain is expected to be heavier tomorrow with thunderstorms that could produce lightning. Rain is expected to be heavier in the morning before tapering off in the afternoon.
A cold front will pass through the area leaving cold temperatures through Friday. There are chances of snow in West Texas and the Pandhandle during the holiday.
Areas East of DFW are expected to receive the most rain. Rain will taper off Friday night into Saturday morning.
Sunday is expected to be dry with the highs back in the 60s.
