Dora Frances Carley, 94, of Paris passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 in St. Michael’s Hospital in Texarkana, Tx. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, November 29, 2022 in the chapel of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Loving officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Chapel Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
Mrs. Carley was born on September 21, 1928 in rural Lamar Co. a daughter of William Andrew and Mabel Johns Carley. She started her career in 1954 with Getty/Texaco which spanned 37 years. After retirement moved to be closer to family. She was a member of First Christian Church, Newcomers Club and financial secretary of Forest Chapel Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and all of her aunts and uncles.
