The North Lamar High School Marching has continued to impress audiences and judges alike all season.  Recently earning 1st Place at the 4A Area C UIL Marching contest in Lindale, and claiming their 8th consecutive trip to the UIL State Marching Contest held in the Alamodome on November 9th.

Their show entitled “Enso it Goes” contemplates the concept of “Enso” – how we are perfect because we are imperfect.  Designed by Director Jason R. Smith with music from Billy Joel, Robert W. Smith, arranged by Carrol Britten Chambers and Roderick Boyce.

The NLHS Marching Band can be seen November 10th at 9:00am in the Alamodome for their prelims performance; or you can stream it online for a fee.  All information about the UIL State Marching contest can be found at : http://www.uiltexas.org/music/marching-band/state

The NLHS Marching Band is under the direction of Randy Jones, Jason R. Smith, Ryan Sheffield, Joni Miller and Emily Perez.
