Will Ferrell campaigns for Beto O’Rourke over the weekend

Over the weekend voters in Houston residents got a surprise when former Saturday Night Live star Will Ferrell knocked on their door.

Ferrell was in Houston to campaign for Democratic nominee for Texas Governor, Beto O’Rourke.

A photo of Ferrell with Beto was posted on the Twitter page Simply4Truth showing Ferrell wearing a Beto t-shirt and a badge saying ‘Pro-Texas. Pro Choice.’

This is not the first time Ferrell has hit the campaign trail. In 2018, Ferrell was also seen campaigning for the now-failed Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate, Stacey Abrams. Abrams stoked the fires of conspiracy theories for years after the election stating she had actually won and the election was stolen by now Governor Brian Kemp.
