With Halloween right around the corner, Texans are gearing up for the holiday by buying candy. A long-valued tradition, many love to give out candy on the holiday after children claim “trick or treat”. The following candy are the most beloved in Texas:

- Reese’s Cup
- Sour Patch Kids
For all of America, the Reese’s peanut butter cup takes the crown. The National Retail Federation estimates that shoppers will spend $3.1 billion on Halloween candy this year.
