Paris Police responded to a disturbance in the 1800 block of Jackson St at 7:26 P.M.  on September 26, 2022. Officers spoke with both parties involved and during the investigation, 36-year-old Patrick Jerome Bullock was found to be in possession of marijuana and a pistol that had been reported stolen out of Sulphur Springs, Texas. Bullock was arrested and charged with theft of a firearm and possession of marijuana. Bullock was booked and later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.
