Sarah Lee Flinn, Age 93 of Chicota, Texas passed away on July 29, 2022. There will be a graveside service, officiated by Rocky Burrow, on September 10, 2022, at 11:00 located at Meadowbrook Gardens on US Hwy 271 S, Paris, Texas 75462.
Sarah was on October 11, 1928, to Robert Edward “Ed” Addy and Elizabeth Arthenia “Bess” Addy. Sarah loved the Lord, her family, and friends with all her heart. She spent most of her days and nights working hard and caring for countless family and friends. She loved working in her garden and out at her property in Grant with Micah Cunningham. Sarah loved everyone and was loved by all.
She is survived by daughter Jan Wyatt, grandson Chad Wyatt, granddaughter Ede Williams and her great-grandchildren, Travis Williams, Emily Williams, and Preslie Wyatt.
There are several nieces and nephews that she loved like her children which are Andy Addy, Mark Addy, Sue Gray, Thea Cherry, Bobby Addy, Pat Stovall, Jo Johnson, Laura Greaves, Chip Jones, John Ross Addy, Wayne Addy, Quentin Addy, Scott Glass, Mike Glass, Sally Duckworth, Ed Colbert, Joe Colbert, Wayne “Lucky” Glass, Jerry Colbert Monus, Linda Colbert Johnson, Bill Griffin, Johnny Griffin, and Elizabeth “Wade” Hoepner. She was also blessed with many great and great-great nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Bess Addy, her husband Mack Flinn, son David Mack Flinn, daughter Judy Margaret Flinn, grandson Rhett AlanWickard, and her siblings Doretha Colbert, Robert Stanley Addy, Edwardenia Addy, Vignon Jones, Coila Glass, Nell Griffin, Gene Edward Addy, John Seay ‘Chief” Addy, and infant Addy.
