Tax-free weekend has started, and families have the opportunity to save even more money by shopping at the Horizon House thrift store in Paris.

“This is a great chance for families to be able to get school clothes without breaking the bank,” said Executive Director Shelly Braziel. “All kids’ clothes and shoes are half-off this Friday, in addition to being tax-free weekend, so that could be big savings for families.”

Not only will families have a chance to save big, but each purchase goes toward a good cause. All the proceeds from the store benefit the transitional shelter, which works to help house men, women, and families with children in need.
