Inmate on the loose after escaping from McLeod Correctional Center

Officials are searching for an inmate who escaped Monday from Howard McLeod Correctional Center in Atoka, Oklahoma.
The inmate, 31-year-old Arturo Cabrera, was in prison for carjacking and eluding. According to authorities, he has a Tex-Mex tattoo on his back, a cross tattoo on his chest, and the date 3/7/1991 tattooed on his head.
Officials believe he is in a white, early-2000s GMC Yukon and headed toward the Plano, Texas, area.
If anyone sees him, they are urged not to approach him and to, instead, call 911.
