Alma Joyce Kimmey Miller, age 84, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022 at Brentwood Terrace.

A graveside service has been set for Friday, April 29, 2022, at 11:30 AM at Little Vine Cemetery with Pastor Justin Wideman officiating. No visitation has been set.

Joyce was born in Liberty, Texas on July 12, 1937, to Earl Ward Kimmey and Johnnie Margaret Henry.

She is survived by her children, Pamela Outlaw, Gary Outlaw and wife Marty, Debra Outlaw; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; father of her children, Dovin Wanvie Outlaw; husband, James “Doc” Miller; two half-sisters, Katie Lee Dipple and Sue Pannel.
