Total eclipse will happen above Paris Texas in 2024 || Mark your calendars
File / eExtra News
Northeast Texas residents are in for a real treat in 2024 as we’re in the path of totality for the April 8 solar eclipse.
During the middle of the day, the skies will go dark as the moon passes in front of the sun. In Paris, a total solar eclipse will be observed – just remember to wear proper eye protection.
The eclipse is set to begin at 12:25 p.m., with the best time to view it being at 1:44 p.m. It will end around 3:03 p.m.
Mark your calendars now, as the next time we’ll be in the path of totality will be in 2046. Hopefully, we’ll have clear skies that day so we can observe this amazing celestial event.
